Job Description

The Administrative Associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing comprehensive administrative support across departments. This position handles scheduling, document management, communication flow, and general office coordination. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to managers and staff, including scheduling and correspondence.

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas as required.

  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to appropriate departments.

  • Assist with event planning, meeting coordination, and logistics.

  • Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors for procurement.

  • Process invoices, reimbursements, and basic bookkeeping tasks.

  • Handle confidential documents with discretion and security.

  • Support HR and finance teams with data entry and administrative functions.

  • Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.

  • Familiarity with office equipment and administrative procedures.

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
