Accountant

To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our office in Dubai. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate financial management and supporting the company’s smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain financial statements, records, and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing processes.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Process invoices, expense claims, and payroll accurately.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Support in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors and provide required financial documentation.
• Maintain organized and secure financial files and records.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in logistics or related industries.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, VAT regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
