Oversee the end-to-end operations of your cluster — including fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management.
Drive operational KPIs such as delivery speed, accuracy, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Analyze performance metrics and use data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Ensure consumables usage, packaging standards, and inventory safety stocks are efficiently managed to minimize waste and downtime.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Tech) to resolve operational challenges and enhance productivity.
Ensure compliance with Careem’s SOPs, safety, and service standards across all sites.
Lead performance reviews, drive accountability, and foster a culture of ownership and excellence.
Support new store launches, process enhancements, and ERP/WMS system improvements as required.

3–5 years of experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or Retail Operations, preferably in a multi-site leadership role.
Proven team management and leadership skills with the ability to drive results across diverse teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent data skills — advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas).
Working knowledge of SQL and comfort working with large datasets is a strong plus.
Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and operational dashboards.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional stakeholders.
High adaptability, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced environment.
Who Will Excel

Individuals who embody Careem’s values — Be Bold, Own It, Serve Others, and Deliver Wow.
Those who thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and see challenges as opportunities to innovate.
