Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads from provided databases or inbound inquiries.

  • Pitch Forex products, trading services, and education/training programs to potential clients.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans or services.

  • Maintain strong follow-up and convert leads into active clients or enrolled students.

  • Build and manage long-term business relationships with clients.

  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to achieve targets.

  • Maintain call records, sales reports, and CRM updates.



    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Experience: 0–3 years in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Telesales, or Business Development (Forex / Financial / Education sector experience preferred).

    • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a bonus).

    • Basic understanding of Forex, Trading, or Education industry is an advantage.

    • Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

    • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
