Job Description

As a Sales Executive Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team by providing essential support that drives sales efforts and optimizes client relationships. Your duties will encompass coordinating sales activities, liaising between departments, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales strategies. You will be the linchpin connecting the sales executive team to clients and internal departments, facilitating communication and ensuring that client needs are understood and met effectively. This role demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, allowing you to anticipate and resolve challenges before they impact customer satisfaction or sales performance. In this dynamic position, you will need to adapt to rapidly changing environments, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and contribute to the company's growth by supporting the fulfillment of sales targets and objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities and manage schedules to enhance productivity.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and the sales team.
  • Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and objectives.
  • Facilitate communication within the sales department and with other departments.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and client feedback.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and issues to improve satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team by managing logistics for client meetings and events.
  • Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems with current information.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
  • Assist in tracking inventory levels and product availability for sales team needs.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through constant support and idea sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
