The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Flashy Agencys content production pipeline—from brief to delivery. This role requires a detail-driven, proactive operator who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-client environment. You’ll manage a high volume of concurrent productions, coordinate internal and external teams, and ensure each project runs seamlessly—on time, on budget, and on brand.

Project Management

• Oversee 300+ concurrent monthly productions, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery.
• Translate creative briefs into detailed production plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project status, proactively resolving issues before they impact delivery.

Team & Vendor Coordination

• Lead and support a team of producers, coordinators, editors, and freelancers.
• Liaise with photographers, videographers, stylists, and talent agencies across multiple locations.
• Manage vendor relationships, rate negotiations, and service quality.

Client Management

• Serve as the operational point of contact for key, global clients
• Align production logistics with brand guidelines and client expectations.
• Participate in pre-production meetings, location scouts, and creative reviews.

Operational Excellence

• Drive continuous improvement in workflows, asset management, and delivery standards.
• Ensure all deliverables meet Flashy’s creative and technical quality benchmarks.
• Oversee post-production timelines and handoffs to editing teams.

Financial Oversight

• Manage production budgets, POs, and reconciliations.
• Track cost efficiencies and optimize resource utilization.

• 5+ years’ experience in photo/video production management, ideally at an agency or production house.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-turnaround shoots.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of on-set logistics, production workflows, and post-production pipelines.
• Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com, Airtable, Notion, Frame.io, Slack, DAM systems is a plus.
