Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Based in Sharjah (covering Ajman, Sharjah & Dubai)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all tenant maintenance requests and complaints.
- Manage and schedule maintenance team activities.
- Ensure timely response and quality control.
- Organize transport logistics for maintenance staff.
- Prioritize tasks and oversee daily operations.
- Provide regular maintenance reports.
Requirements:
- Proven maintenance experience (preferably in Sharjah).
- Valid UAE driver’s license.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.
