Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks effectively.
  • Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish room supplies as needed.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment to impeccable standards.
  • Restock and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and toiletries regularly.
  • Ensure all waste bins are emptied and trash is disposed of properly.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the management promptly.
  • Assist guests with requests or queries relating to housekeeping services.
  • Follow all protocols regarding handling of confidential or lost items.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines to prevent hazards in the workplace.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure rooms meet cleanliness standards before guest arrival.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays if needed.
  • Strong attention to detail to identify and clean all areas adequately.
  • Good physical condition to manage cleaning tasks and equipment daily.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
  • Time-management skills to complete tasks within company set guidelines.
  • Knowledge of cleaning supplies, equipment, and best housekeeping practices.
