Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Content Creator to join our team in Dubai.

About The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and innovative Content Creator to bring our restaurants, lounges, and events to life across digital platforms. The role is perfect for someone passionate about food, beverage, luxury hospitality, and storytelling - capturing experiences that inspire guests to dine, celebrate, and share.

The Content Creator will produce photo, video, and written content that showcases our venues’ personalities, seasonal campaigns, and signature experiences, while building a strong connection with our local and global audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Production

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media, websites, paid ads, and in-house screens.
• Develop short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) showcasing dishes, behind-the-scenes moments, staff stories, events, and guest experiences.
• Write captivating captions, scripts, taglines, and campaign copy tailored to each venue’s tone and brand identity.
• Capture live content during events such as launches, themed nights, and seasonal promotions.
  
  
  

Social Media & Digital Strategy

• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team for all venues.
• Stay ahead of trends on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms to ensure content feels fresh and relevant.
• Ensure all content reflects the luxury, style, and ambiance of the group’s restaurants and experiences.
  
  
  

Brand Storytelling & Community Engagement

• Highlight the culinary craft, mixology, design, and service ethos behind each brand.
• Work with the marketing team to conceptualize campaigns that drive reservations, footfall, and online engagement.
• Engage with customers, influencers, and partners online to build a sense of community.
• Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality/ F&B industry
• Strong social media expertise, staying on top of trends and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Creative storytelling and copywriting skills to craft engaging captions, scripts, and campaign copy that match the brand’s tone
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
