Job Description

As an HR/SCM/Operation Manager, you will play an essential role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our organization's human resources, supply chain management, and operational processes. This multifaceted position involves overseeing the integration of HR functions with supply chain activities, ensuring that both departments work seamlessly together to meet the goals and objectives of the organization. You will be responsible for developing strategic initiatives, optimizing workflows, and leading teams to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both HR and SCM processes to drive innovation and continuous improvement across all operational activities.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives and goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead supply chain management strategy to improve efficiency and reduce costs effectively.
  • Manage and optimize the procurement and logistics processes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Drive collaboration between the HR and SCM departments to achieve organizational synergy.
  • Identify and address employee development needs through tailored training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to HR and supply chain operations.
  • Implement performance metrics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational activities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to draft budgets and forecasts for HR and SCM functions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and feedback from team members.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements and competitiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners to support SCM initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR, SCM, or operations management roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, supply chain principles, and operational strategies.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and negotiation.
  • Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS, SCM software, and other relevant management tools.
