Responsibilities

• Review and enhance plans to improve clarity, accuracy, and usability for construction.
• Visit construction sites to collect data and to understand drafting needs better.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural drafting techniques and software tools.
• Generate 3D renderings of projects to assist in client presentations and approvals.
• Update and maintain an electronic database of architectural drafts and revisions.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with engineering teams to address technical requirements.
• Participate in project meetings, offering insights on drafting and design progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field of study.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
