Description
As MENA 3PL Logistics Coordinator, you will be required to support the MENA 3PL team in managing Vendor Returns business in AE.
The role includes supporting VRET metrics and collaborate with 3PLs, business, IH and FCs to ensure we improve vendor experience.
Candidates must be independent and flexible, with solid communication skills, and a strong customer focus with analytical, data handling, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Candidates should have knowledge of the local logistics and with preferable experience working with logistics in the last mile deliveries.
Key job responsibilities
The Candidate Responsibilities Are
Manage 3PLs in AE for Vendor Returns as well as Customer returns for MENA
Accountable for the program metrics.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth operations for removals.
Monthly reporting of Vendor Return for AE.
Basic Qualifications
very good English written and basic verbal communication skills Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of logistics.
Advanced Excel.
Knowledge of dashboards quicksight.
