Role Overview

Were looking for a talented and creative Hybrid 2D Motion/Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, youll bring our brands vision to life through captivating motion graphics and compelling visual designs. Your work will be crucial in engaging our target audience, driving brand awareness, and supporting marketing initiatives across various platforms. If youre passionate about motion graphics and design, wed love for you to help elevate our brands visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

Concept Development & Storyboarding:

Conceptualize, brainstorm, and develop creative ideas and storyboards for engaging motion graphics, video content, and static visual designs.

Motion Graphics Production

Design and animate compelling 2D motion graphics, including kinetic typography, animated logos, explainer videos, and social media content.

Graphic Design & Visual Asset Creation

Create high-quality static graphic designs for various platforms, including digital ads, social media, website elements (e.g. hero banners), presentations, and print materials.

Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, content, and other creatives to understand project requirements and provide creative input.

Trend Awareness

Stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics, graphic design and digital media.

Brand Consistency

Ensure all designs and animations are consistent with the brand’s visual identity, guidelines, and overall objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in 2D motion/animation and graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with basic videography and video editing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas, present storyboards, and collaborate effectively with marketing stakeholders.
• Self-starter with initiative, able to seek out briefs, propose creative solutions, and independently drive projects from concept through to execution.
• Ability to balance multiple projects, deliver to deadline, and uphold the highest creative and quality standards.
