SEN Coordinator – Sharjah, UAE
Beaconhouse is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN (Special Educational Needs) Coordinator to join our Sharjah campus.
About The Role
The SEN Coordinator will lead the provision for students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the appropriate support and resources to succeed. This role involves close collaboration with teachers, parents, and external specialists to design and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education or Special Education (Master’s preferred).
Recognized qualification in SEN/SEND.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, including direct experience with students of determination.
Strong knowledge of inclusive education practices and the American Curriculum.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Previous UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
