Head of Primary – Al Ain, UAE
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Head of Primary to join our Al Ain campus. This is a critical leadership role following a recent resignation, and the successful candidate will be expected to start immediately or by the end of October 2025 at the latest.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and management of the Primary Section (Years 1–6).
Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
Oversee curriculum delivery in line with ADEK requirements.
Manage teacher performance, professional development, and classroom practices.
Lead school improvement initiatives and prepare for ADEK inspections.
Build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents to foster a positive school culture.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (recognized by ADEK).
Experience
At least 3 years of teaching experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role (Head of Primary, Vice Principal, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of the British Curriculum (preferred).
Familiarity with ADEK inspection standards and compliance frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Package
Salary: AED 15,000 – 17,000 per month (fixed, non-negotiable).
Standard benefits in line with school policy.
Joining date: Immediate / no later than end of October 2025.
