Warehouse Associate (225-923)

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The Warehouse Associate will play a critical role in our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning by overseeing inventory, managing goods, and supporting logistics processes. Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse, observing all safety regulations.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery as needed.
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
• Assist with loading and unloading of delivery trucks as required.
• Track inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary to maintain stock.
• Ensure accurate labeling and storage of goods within the warehouse.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track and update inventory information.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding warehouse operations.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
• Basic computer skills are required for inventory tracking and order processing.
• Excellent physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects regularly.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
