Vice-Principal

International Community School, Al Danah, Abu Dhabi

Start Date: As soon as possible

International Community School, Al Danah, is seeking to appoint an ambitious and experienced Vice-Principal to join our senior leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding leader to contribute to the continued success of our inclusive, forward-thinking international school.

The Successful Candidate Will

  • Support the Principal in all aspects of school leadership and act on their behalf when required.
  • Drive high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
  • Lead and develop staff, supporting professional growth and performance.
  • Contribute to curriculum planning, school improvement, and ADEK compliance.

Essential Requirements (ADEK Eligibility)

  • Bachelor’s degree (QFE 7) or Postgraduate Diploma (QFE 8) with CPD in leadership.
  • Minimum of 6–8 years’ experience in education, including at least 3 years teaching.
  • Proven leadership experience and strong communication skills.

Desirable

  • Experience in British curriculum schools.
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic (advantageous but not essential).
  • ADEK Educational Leadership License.
