Our company is seeking an experienced UiPath Developer to join our team and lead our robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional who is curious about solving business problems through automation and innovation. You'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining RPA systems that streamline processes and maximize operational efficiency. Working closely with stakeholders across various departments, you will identify automation opportunities and implement effective solutions using UiPath tools. You'll need strong analytical skills, experience in coding, and the ability to translate complex processes into reliable automation flows. Responsibilities

• Design and develop effective automation workflows using UiPath Studio and associated tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and analyze automation opportunities.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation solutions to enhance performance and reliability.
• Create and update documentation for RPA processes, ensuring easy reference and knowledge sharing.
• Engage in continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing process enhancements.
• Provide training and support to end-users regarding implemented automation solutions.
• Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of automation projects.
• Integrate RPA solutions with other systems and applications as required.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in RPA technology and UiPath features.
• Develop test cases and perform unit, integration, and system testing as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing RPA prototypes and solutions using UiPath.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Java.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, particularly in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
