- Awareness and knowledge of concepts and approaches of assessment in medical education
- Knowledge and experience with assessment systems preferably in context of postgraduate specialty education
- Skills and experience in examining in context of medical education
- Analytical skills in program evaluation preferably in context of postgraduate specialty education
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Leadership and management competencies including organizational abilities and supervision skills.
- MBBS or equivalent
- Postgraduate qualification in one of the medical specialties
- Postgraduate degree/certificate in medical education or equivalent
As Above
Expected Skills
- Consultant status or at least 3 years’ experience post specialty qualification
- Experience in management of postgraduate specialty programs
- Experience with assessment systems for postgraduate specialty education
