Job Description

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy over the phone. This position requires you to connect with potential customers, identify their needs, and persuade them to purchase our products or services. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you'll be expected to stay informed of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively convey our value proposition to potential clients. Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales.
  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning and listening.
  • Present product features and benefits in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Document all customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance sales techniques and improve results.
  • Gather feedback from customers to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services developments.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely, professional manner.
  • Participate in team meetings and sales trainings for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a relevant sales/customer service role.
  • Strong telephone communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others, maintaining perseverance.
  • Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools.
  • High level of energy, driven, and self-motivated to achieve goals.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
