Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to sell products or services.
  • Explain and promote the company's offerings to new and existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Handle customer objections and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and discuss sales leads.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance sales skills.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
  • Assure compliance with company standards and sales regulations at all times.
  • Maintain a database of prospective and current customer contact information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Agent or a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and handle inquiries.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on achieving results.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales software to manage client information effectively.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent education level.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
