Job Description

  • Coordinate and schedule teleconsultations between doctors and patients.
  • Register patients and verify eligibility/insurance details in the hospital management system (HMS).
  • Guide patients through the teleconsultation process and assist with technical issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation of patient information and consultation records.
  • Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending consultations, reports, and prescriptions.
  • Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms in a professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection policies.
