JOB PURPOSE:

Oversee and coordinate TRS activities to ensure efficient and safe operations. Manage a team of TRS

personnel, ensuring compliance with Company standards, and optimizing service delivery to meet client

requirements and operational goals. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high levels of safety

and operational performance.

Job Specific Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage TRS operations, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the TRS team, providing guidance and support to achieve

optimal performance.

  • Monitor operational progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from plans or

standards.

  • Ensure all TRS operations comply with ADNOC Drilling’s safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings, audits, and drills to promote a culture of safety within the team.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Set performance objectives for TRS team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance team competencies.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment to improve team morale and productivity.
  • Optimize TRS operations to reduce non-productive time and enhance service quality.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and increase

operational efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate records of TRS operations and generate reports for management review.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction with TRS services.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients as needed.
  • Manage the allocation and utilization of TRS equipment and resources.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is maintained in good working condition.
  • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate procurement of necessary supplies and materials.
  • Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes of

practics.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a

related field.

  • Relevant industry certifications such as IWCF Well Control, H2S Safety, and other specialized TRS

training.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in oilfield services with a focus on TRS operations.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven track record of managing TRS operations and leading teams in a high-pressure environment
