The Supply Chain Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization's supply chain operations. This position involves analyzing data, monitoring performance, and developing strategies to optimize supply chain processes, minimize costs, and ensure timely delivery of products. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll collaborate with multiple departments, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to provide insights and recommendations that drive decision-making and promote seamless operations. Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to improve service reliability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Participate in negotiations to optimize costs and enhance supplier relationships.
  • Monitor industry trends to keep abreast of current supply chain innovations.
  • Provide training and support to team members on analytical tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or similar role is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with supply chain software, such as SAP, is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and strong time management skills.
