Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate engineering activities related to equipment packages (e.g. Chemical Injection Skids, Flare Packages, TEG package, Sweetening package, Instrument Air Dryer Package, Sea water filtration packages, other Filter packages, N2 Generation, Sewage treatment packages, Produced water treatment packages etc.).
- Prepare and review technical specifications, datasheets, requisitions and technical bid evaluation for packaged equipment.
- Interface with vendors during package design, manufacturing, FAT, and delivery
- Ensure package compliance with ADNOC specifications and international standards (API, ASME, IEC, etc.)
- Review and comment on vendor drawings and documents
- Coordinate with multi-discipline teams (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, process and civil) to ensure package integration
- Support inspection, testing, and commissioning of packaged systems
- Carrying out adequacy, troubleshooting, rerating etc. for the above packages
- Carry out MoCs and prepare engineering packages for plant modifications as required
- Prepare scope of work for consultant for specific jobs, do tender evaluation and then review Consultant’s work
- Estimate Man-hours for a particular type of job; either modifications or for new equipment engineering package

Expected
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or relevant Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas projects, with at least 5 years in packaged equipment engineering.
- Experience with offshore brownfield/greenfield projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with ADNOC specifications and packaged equipment requirements.
- Experience in handling vendor coordination and technical evaluations.
Skills
- Strong understanding of package design and interface management.
- Good coordination and communication across disciplines and vendors.
- Proficient in reviewing vendor documents and managing technical clarifications.
- Skilled in producing technical reports, TQs, and compliance matrices.
