This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Expediting Coordinator with a proven track record in understanding of the complexities involved in large-scale Gas Processing projects to meet objectives for a high-profile client.

The Key Objective For This Role
- This role will be responsible for leading the change process and deliverables for a specific project. The change management engineer will play a key role in ensuring user adoption, focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business, processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structure.
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track the delivery status of shipments from overseas to the UAE.
- Update the company's ERP system (SAP) with the latest goods and services delivery status.
- Verify the accuracy of import documentation for shipments entering the UAE.
- Coordinate import operations with appointed agents to ensure smooth customs clearance.
- Track the status of imported goods upon arrival in the UAE, ensuring timely delivery to designated locations.
- Manage transfers between free zones within the UAE, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Oversee clearance processes for project vessels, adhering to all relevant protocols.
- Follow up on inward processing files, ensuring compliance with necessary procedures until exportation.
- Coordinate the re-exportation of assembled assets, ensuring timely and compliant shipments to international destinations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve logistical or customs-related issues.
- Maintain full compliance with UAE import/export regulations and stay up to date with changes in logistics laws.

Expected
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related.
- 8 yrs + experience in Expeditor.
- A solid understanding of organizational change
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to engage with senior leadership
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Resilient with ability to work with challenging stakeholders who are often averse to change
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others
