Project Information Manager

Penspen is looking for Project Information Manager for a PMC project in Abu Dhabi to Lead IM/IT team for a large-scale Gas Processing facility in Abu Dhabi.

• Developed a Digital Strategy and IM/Data Management Plan covering Master Seed, Design apps, Project Delivery Systems, Procurement, Document Management, and Digital Twin.
• Guided the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and created IM procedures for FEED/EPC contractors and vendors, ensuring smooth implementation and verification.
• Drove digitalization by integrating Digital Twin and IM specs into contracts and collaborating with technology providers.
• Coordinated stakeholders and served as SPOC for data issues, implementing data gateways and ensuring metadata validation.
• Conducted audits across project phases, ensuring effective IM data delivery and strategic handovers.
• Ensured safe, integrated engineering designs within budget, schedule, and quality, establishing data quality KPIs.
• Developed reporting and dashboards aligned with project data quality goals.
  
  

• Minimum 20 years of experience in which at least 5 years should be in Project Information Manager role in the oil and gas industry.
• Must have handled large data migration projects.
• experience in the Oil and Gas industry is a must.
• Any experience in the ADNOC projects is an added advantage.
