We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Studies Teacher to join our educational team and inspire students to explore the complexities of society, culture, and history. This role involves developing lesson plans that align with school curriculum standards, encouraging critical thinking, and using diverse teaching methods to cater to different learning styles. The Social Studies Teacher will also support students in their educational journey, working collaboratively with parents, colleagues, and school administration to enhance student achievement and enthusiasm for social studies subjects.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, History, Social Science, or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or licensure appropriate for the grade levels taught.
• Proven experience in teaching social studies at the appropriate educational level.
• Strong understanding of curriculum and instructional methods for social studies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students.
