Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and support within our facility. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide interdisciplinary care.
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and care protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and reports.
  • Facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and assess immediate care requirements.
  • Participate in patient discharge planning and follow-up care arrangements.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training activities.

Requirements

  • Valid RN license and registration in the applicable state of practice.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities are required.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
