Purpose and Objectives for the Role

The Draw Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of Big Ticket’s monthly live draws. This includes end-to-end management of production, coordination with internal departments, and external vendor relationships to ensure seamless broadcast execution. The role is pivotal in ensuring that each draw is compliant, professionally delivered, and aligns with the brand's operational and marketing standards.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Manage all external production and broadcast vendors to ensure flawless delivery of monthly live draws.
  • Liaise with Operations, Ops & Control, and Compliance teams to ensure all draw processes are executed with precision and in full compliance.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team on content planning, including video tapes (VTs), scripts, promotional messages, and campaign alignment.
  • Maintain and update risk registers related to draw activities, and develop mitigation and business continuity plans (BCPs).
  • Lead planning and execution meetings to ensure roles, timelines, and expectations are aligned ahead of every draw.
  • Oversee testing, rehearsal, and go-live processes to prevent errors and last-minute issues.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and archiving of each draw event.
  • Liaise with internal departments to support the smooth execution of operational tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in the planning and implementation of special projects.

Skills Required

  • Experience managing live production or event broadcasts, ideally in a customer-facing or entertainment environment.
  • Strong vendor management skills with the ability to hold third parties accountable to timelines and quality.
  • Strong Project coordination and stakeholder communication to manage special projects and liaise with internal teams, vendors, and airport authorities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage risk.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks as they relate to promotional activities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Media, Operations, or related field.
  • Prior experience in live production management or broadcast coordination is preferred.
