The Job Scope includes:

  • Supervise, Plan and Direct all aspects of Facility Maintenance.
  • Ensuring all Fire Life Safety Systems (FLS) are working correctly at all times.
  • Ensuring the properties are safe for Colleagues and Guests at all times as a priority.
  • Managing Service Requests (SR) and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and strategic initiatives
  • Managing Hard Services P&L and assists in the management of the annual maintenance Operation and CAPEX budget
  • Conducting performance management reviews for direct reporting colleagues within the team.
  • Supervision of contractors / vendors working within the facilities including TFMO Service Providers
  • Approving the 3rd Party Contractor of monthly manpower scheduling.
  • Project management of Minor new construction activities.
  • Approval of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) including CAFM scheduling.
  • Ensures proper inventory levels for spare parts for equipment.
  • Creating Permits to Work (PTW) for vendors/sub-contractors.
  • Monitoring the CAFM data is entered accurately and on time.
  • Working closely with other Maintenance teams for the efficient running of the department.
  • Ensuring assets are maintained to the highest level of quality and performance.
  • Reviewing Service Level Agreements (SLA) and contracts in-line with the procurement processes.
  • Informing the business units and concerned parties of any scheduled interruption to facilities equipment

To be considered for the role, you will need to have:

Job Essentials:

  • At least 10+ Year experience in facility maintenance for hospitality, theme parks, museums or similar environments
  • Strong proven knowledge of MEP systems including Aquatic System Experience
  • Proven leadership and Communications skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Degree qualified in relevant MEP field
  • Experienced in the Regulatory Requirements for UAE/ Abu Dhabi
  • BMS and CAFM system knowledge

Job Desirable:

  • Certified Facilities Manager
  • Knowledge & Experience of ISO41001:2018
