An amazing opportunity is opened in our In Room Dining outlet. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Chef De Partie to lead our dynamic team dedicated to delivering an authentic and exquisite culinary experience.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 2–4 years of culinary experience in a luxury hotel .
• Previous experience in poolside, grill, or casual dining concepts preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisines, light poolside snacks, and beverages accompaniments.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume service.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Food safety and hygiene certification required.

What will you do?

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with pool bar menus and hotel standards.
• Supervise and guide the team during service.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal pool bar promotions.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are maintained at all times.
• Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering, and minimize food wastage.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Uphold the hotel’s service standards and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

The hotel comprises 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites and 6 four-bedroom villas with private pools, all furnished to the highest standards in a modern Arabic style. To meet the needs of long-staying guests, the hotel offers 161 fully furnished spacious serviced apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom units. The hotel is located within the acclaimed Qaryat Al Beri complex, on a one-kilometer stretch of private beach overlooking the strait that separates Abu Dhabi Island from the mainland.
