KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of recruitment professionals focused on early careers and campus hiring.
  • Ensure clear goals, continuous performance feedback, and professional development for team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture aligned with TA objectives.

Emirati Talent (NT & GT) Recruitment:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for National Trainee (NT) and Graduate Trainee (GT) programs.
  • Ensure strong pipelines of high-potential UAE Nationals across key business areas, aligned with EM Targets.
  • Collaborate with Emiratisation, business leaders, and Technical L&D to ensure seamless onboarding and development of NTs and GTs.
  • Monitor hiring KPIs, program outcomes, and attrition trends to continuously improve effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with universities, scholarship offices, and national development programs.

Campus Recruitment Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy aligned with workforce plans.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, technical institutions, and career services offices.
  • Coordinate with business units to identify internship, graduate, and entry-level hiring needs.

Event Planning & Execution:

  • Own and manage the yearly Talent Acquisition events calendar, ensuring alignment with talent needs and strategic priorities.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all recruitment-related events, including career fairs, university open days, and info sessions—both locally and internationally.
  • Ensure consistent branding, impactful presence, and smooth logistics at all events.
  • Partner with Communications and other internal teams to amplify visibility and reach.

Talent Sourcing & Branding:

  • Drive EGA’s employer brand among students and graduates through campus-specific campaigns and initiatives.
  • Leverage social media, academic networks, and student organizations to attract top early-career talent.
  • Partner with Communications to develop marketing content and materials tailored for campus engagement.

Candidate Engagement & Selection:

  • Oversee the recruitment cycle for campus hires, including screening, assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Support the design and execution of graduate programs, onboarding journeys, and structured development tracks.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Engage with business leaders and HR partners to align recruitment planning with workforce needs.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on campus recruitment progress and outcomes.
  • Represent EGA at external forums, promoting our leadership in early careers hiring.

Compliance & Systems:

  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with internal policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Monitor and report on diversity, hiring ratios, and other relevant KPIs.

Safety, Quality & Environment:

Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Authority/ Decision making:

  • Operates independently within defined policies, guidelines, and recruitment strategy.
  • Takes ownership of operational decisions related to events, team coordination, and recruitment processes.
  • Escalates major issues or strategic changes to the Head of Talent Acquisition
  • Updates direct manager frequently on matters involving administrative problems or seeks guidance on major issues, reviews plan of action or discusses existing processes, policies, procedures and budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, with at least 2 years in campus or early careers hiring.
  • Experience in managing a small to mid-sized recruitment team is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the UAE education landscape and Emiratisation programs
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.


Profile description:

JOB PURPOSE:

To lead and manage all campus recruitment efforts for EGA across universities, technical schools, and other educational institutions in the UAE and internationally. This includes overseeing a dedicated team, building strong partnerships with academia, designing strategic campus hiring campaigns, and attracting top early-career talent that aligns with the company’s future workforce needs.

A key focus of this role is managing the full cycle of recruitment for National Trainees (NT) and Graduate Trainees (GT)—EGA’s primary Emirati talent inflow—making this a high-volume and strategically critical responsibility in support of the company’s Emiratisation goals. The role is also accountable for planning and executing the annual recruitment events calendar, including career fairs and campus activities, to promote EGA as an employer of choice.
