We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities within your designated territory. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target prospective clients through networking and cold calling activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sales opportunities and trends.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to specific client needs.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and terms to ensure beneficial agreements for both parties.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales quotas on a consistent basis.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer data in the CRM system.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate leads and sales.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to assist with product development and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports detailing achieved targets and goals.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, competitor activities, and emerging trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics, including negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
