Job Description

As a Sales Executive in Freight Forwarding, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales efforts of our company by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.   • Ensure complete customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and queries promptly.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to identify potential promotional strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong understanding of international logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related technologies.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events.
