Job Description

As a Sales Executive focused on forklifts, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth by driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of industrial equipment and exceptional sales skills, you will identify customer needs and propose customized solutions to meet their operational requirements. Your role is crucial in bridging the gap between our products and the customers' operational needs, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships. This position offers an exciting opportunity for you to work closely with our clients, offering innovative solutions that enhance their productivity and efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the forklift market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to prospective clients’ needs.
  • Create detailed proposals and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Track and report on sales metrics to assess performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to generate new leads.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Offer excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Train and inform customers on features, benefits, and usage of forklift equipment.
  • Conduct site visits for personalized consultation and equipment demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the industrial equipment sector.
  • Strong knowledge of forklift products and related industry regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
  • Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
