QA QC Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Electrical Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and quality control within the MEP sector, with mandatory experience in high-rise buildings and villa projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement QA/QC procedures and inspection test plans for electrical systems.

• Review and verify electrical drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance with project standards.

• Conduct inspections and supervise installation of electrical systems (lighting, power, ELV, etc.).

• Ensure all electrical materials and workmanship meet required standards and specifications.

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams to ensure timely inspections and approvals.

• Maintain quality documentation such as NCRs, MIRs, WIRs, and test reports.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with local regulations and international electrical codes (e.g., DEWA, ADDC, IEC).

• Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.

• Support commissioning and final handover documentation for electrical systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar QA/QC role within the UAE/GCC.

• Mandatory experience working on high-rise buildings and villa projects.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, MEP coordination, and quality control standards.

• Familiarity with local authority regulations (DEWA, DM, etc.).

• Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

• Certification in QA/QC (optional but preferred).
