Job Description

The Sales Executive - Credit Cards is a key player in our dynamic sales team, responsible for driving the acquisition of new clients and expanding market share for our credit card products. This role involves identifying potential customers, presenting the benefits of our credit card offerings, and closing sales with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is skilled at building relationships. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking efforts.
  • Present and promote credit card products to prospective clients in a persuasive manner.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas established on a quarterly basis.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers for repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales presentations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and newly launched services.
  • Provide clients with information regarding credit card features and benefits.
  • Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in promotional activities and events to drive customer acquisition.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review and analysis.
  • Adhere to all company policies and sales guidelines to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of credit card products and their associated benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results without close supervision.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and general office applications.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
