Job Description

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department by managing administrative tasks, assisting in the coordination of sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. You will act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help streamline sales processes and improve team productivity. This role requires a blend of administrative competence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Ultimately, your contribution will enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the business.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of sales presentation materials and proposals.
  • Manage and update sales databases and CRM systems with customer and sales information.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle administrative tasks related to client communications.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze data to provide insights to sales management.
  • Support the sales team in order processing and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales invoices, contracts, and other related documentation.
  • Communicate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Monitor customer accounts and assist in the management of pending sales orders and backorders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to help develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role within a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills to handle sales-related issues effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced sales environment.
