Job Description
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive nursing care to patients.
- Assess patients’ health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Monitor, record, and report patients’ symptoms and progress to the healthcare team.
- Operate and maintain medical equipment safely and effectively.
- Educate patients and families about health management and post-treatment care.
- Supervise and guide Practical Nurses and other healthcare staff.
- Ensure all nursing activities comply with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
