Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position requires a qualified individual who possesses extensive knowledge in nursing and is able to provide high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will have stellar interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for managing and assisting in the delivery of comprehensive nursing services that improve patient outcomes and enhance patient satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Provide patient-centered and evidence-based nursing care to a diverse client population.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans accordingly.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately, following standard medical protocols.
  • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records for all patient interactions.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control standards and safety guidelines throughout the facility.
  • Respond to medical emergencies with calm and efficient care procedures.
  • Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
  • Mentor and guide nursing assistants and support staff in daily healthcare activities.
  • Advocate for patients' rights and strive to enhance patient experience continually.

Requirements

  • Valid Registered Nurse license to practice is mandatory.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical healthcare setting required.
  • Strong understanding of hospital and nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Proficient in the use of electronic medical records and related healthcare technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate compassionately and effectively.
  • Capacity to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments and adaptable shifts.
