Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluate patient needs to formulate a personalized care plan.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and document any changes or reactions to treatments accurately.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during difficult times.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards for all nursing activities performed.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with healthcare procedures and regulations.
  • Conduct health assessments and diagnostic tests as needed for accurate patient care.
  • Act swiftly in emergency situations to provide immediate care and intervention.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance nursing skills.
  • Support healthcare leadership with implementing new healthcare initiatives and improvements.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in clinical situations.
  • CPR and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certifications are strongly encouraged.
