Job Description

As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a critical role in the talent acquisition process for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent to meet our company’s goals and objectives. Your role will involve working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and employing various methods to source potential candidates. In addition to managing interviews and evaluations, you will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases and managing recruitment-related documentation. Your efforts will ensure that we maintain a capable and dynamic workforce aligned with our strategic vision.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for attracting top talent.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates for interviews.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess suitability.
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive candidate database and application records.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate offers and extend job offers to successful candidates in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding onboarding and induction programs.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during recruitment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar HR role in a relevant industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and departments.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
