As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from initial candidate sourcing to extending offers and facilitating onboarding. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine the specific requirements for each position.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards and social media platforms.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and timely candidate data.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating salaries and extending offers.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.
  • Create and maintain relationships with universities and other key recruiting sources.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
  • At least three years of proven experience as a Recruitment Officer is essential.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices within various industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in evaluating candidate qualifications.
