As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of our organization by identifying and attracting exceptional talents. Responsibilities

  • Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment tools for sourcing.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and negotiate job offers with selected candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment laws.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies as necessary.
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and other organizations.
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment-related events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
