Receptionist

Objective:

To provide exceptional front-desk support, customer service, and POS management at Sci Fi Land Entertainment Hub, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience for visitors while supporting the operational needs of workshops, events, and daily hub activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, parents, and children, creating a positive first impression.

• Manage guest registration for workshops, events, and special programs.

• Operate and manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for ticketing, purchases, and payments.

• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Deliver excellent customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback effectively.

• Coordinate with instructors, volunteers, and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Maintain records of attendance, bookings, and visitor information.

• Provide guidance and support for safety protocols and facility use.

• Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting.

• Ensure the reception area is organized, presentable, and equipped with necessary materials.
