Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop and execute strategic plans, and build strong client and developer relationships. This is a leadership role for someone who understands the dynamics of Abu Dhabi’s competitive off-plan market and knows how to drive results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the off-plan sales team

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies

· Set sales targets and monitor team KPIs

· Recruit, train, and retain top real estate talent

· Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers

· Collaborate with marketing and operations to enhance brand visibility and lead generation

 

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of proven experience in UAE’s off-plan real estate market

· In-depth knowledge of local real estate trends and investment strategies

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

· Visa: Own Visa
