Job Description

As a Real Estate Broker specializing in both secondary and off-plan properties, you will be at the forefront of the real estate market, engaging clients, networking with property developers, and driving sales in a dynamic industry. This role requires a combination of salesmanship, market knowledge, and interpersonal skills to successfully connect clients with their ideal properties, whether they seek ready-to-move-in homes or future development opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present detailed property proposals and contracts to clients.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide comprehensive support services.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new property listings effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and ethical standards.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage client data and track sales progress accurately.
  • Attend networking events to expand your professional real estate network.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker with a focus on sales.
  • Strong knowledge of both secondary and off-plan real estate markets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a results-driven approach to sales.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with clients and peers.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and provide strategic insights.
  • Valid real estate license and compliance with local real estate regulations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team setting.
