As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work on analyzing business requirements, studying processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify problems, suggest solutions, and prepare documentation that adds value to organizational goals.

• Fundamentals of business analysis and requirement gathering
• Creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Use Case Diagrams
• Working with data to generate insights and reports
• Exposure to tools like MS Excel, Power BI, and SQL for business insights
• Learning process modeling, workflow diagrams, and gap analysis
• Understanding Agile methodologies and project documentation practices
• Collaborating with stakeholders to suggest improvements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI preferred)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Interest in business processes and decision-making

• Practical experience in business analysis and requirement gathering
