Job Description
Minimum Roles and Responsibilities but not limited to will be as follows
- Reading, reviewing & interpreting/analyzing RFQs or RFPs to determine client requirements.
- Gathering and organizing information from various department to generate technical and commercial proposal content.
- Creating and submitting proposal as per client requirements.
- Following up the submitted proposal and getting feedback from the client.
- Preparing prequalification as NDT contractor/vendor for governmental and non-governmental agencies and organizations.
- Assisting in recording and updating opportunity and logging activity on our Internal Database (SalesForce).
- Reviewing the contract/POs to identify whether it is aligned with the issued proposal and determine the need of changes by preparing contract deviation/comments or contract negotiation.
